Textbooks do a great job of teaching us formulas, graphs, and rigid definitions. But they completely skip over how any of it applies to what is happening in the real world right now. If we don't understand the economics, finance, and politics driving global trends, we're just watching world events unfold without really knowing how they impact our future.
GlobalNote was built to fix that. We are a student-led collective trying to make high-level economics, finance and global affairs simple and accessible to everyone.

the backstory
how it started.
GlobalNote started as a personal space to publish blogs and organize structured notes on world events.
It was founded by Om, a grade 12 student from Hyderabad with a deep interest in economics, public policy and international affairs. What began as a solo project quickly evolved into an open platform for students across India to publish their insights, share research, and learn together.
Outside of running the platform, Om spends his time training MMA & muay thai, playing football, or gaming.
